All bespoke jewellery is made to order in our Hatton Gardens workshop, this takes between 2-4 weeks from ordering. We will then dispatch via Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm.
All Other Products
Orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday are dispatched the same working day. We have Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Special Delivery options available at checkout.
Bespoke Jewellery
Our jewellery is hand-crafted using precious metals which get officially Hallmarked at the London Assay Office. Diamonds over 0.50ct are certified with an official IGI certificate.
All Other Products
All branded products are acquired directly through a manufacturer, official distributor, authorised retailer or reputable wholesaler. Each one arrives brand new in the original box, with genuine tags, seals and papers included where applicable.
