Returns & Refunds Policy
If you’re unhappy with your item for any reason, you can return it within 30-days from the delivery date. No quibbles, no problem - providing the return must tick off the following reasonable conditions:
☑ Be unused and in its original packaging.
☑ Manufacturer seals and any extras be present and untampered with.
☑ Include the form located on the packaging slip so we can identify your return.
• If no longer in possession of form, please include a slip stating your full name, order number, and reason for return.
Sending it back to us
If you're in UK mainland then please use the following link which will direct you to Royal Mail, here you can either book a free collection OR produce a return QR code to be scanned at any post office, no printer required!
Returns coming from outside UK mainland, you would need to cover the cost of postage and send back to us via your choice of courier, we highly recommend using a tracked and insured service so we can dodge any curveballs life just loves to throw at us! The return must reach our address located at the bottom of this page.
• Bespoke jewellery is non-refundable however can be adjusted or have the design changed.
• Items which are shipped but rejected on delivery will be charged a small restocking fee of £5. This also applies to orders that have been packaged but cancelled prior to dispatch, we package items after 3pm.
• We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee if three or more items are returned.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we’ve received your item and inspected it against the conditions above, we’ll send you an email to confirm whether we accept or decline the return.
Accepted returns
We will issue a full refund (when applicable) via your original payment method which may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.
In the odd case where we can only offer a partial refund, we’ll be in contact, and the repayment will be made within 5 working days.
If just outside the returns period, we may accept however a small fee will be deducted.
Declined returns
We will contact you to explain our reasoning and the item will be sent back to you at your own expense.
Our top priority is to make the whole process as efficient and fair as possible – we’re an understanding and friendly team and will always try to make sure everyone walks away satisfied.
Late or missing refunds
We work hard to prevent any delays in refunding you by processing all returns within 2 working days of receiving back (after which you should see the money within 5 working days).
However, since the world sometimes loves to hurl a volley of uninvited surprises at us humans, there is always the chance you could experience a delay.
