Founded in 2019 by Jordan Woodhams, WatchStatus’ business model initially sourced designer arm candy at the best possible prices. As our playful but always professional reputation grew, so did our connections and we expanded our sought-after product range to include epic, designer sunglasses in 2020.
By 2022, we’d made a splash and world-renowned fashion brands began to recognise our dedication to the finest-quality accessories and excellent customer service, approaching us directly to become their authorised stockists. Once we’d got a secretary to answer all the calls, we knew we’d cemented our status as a leading retailer of designer accessories.
Status with sparkle – DiamondStatus launches
WatchStatus’ success set the stage for even greater ambitions and in 2024, we expanded our vision and launched Clear Diamonds Ltd. Offering ethical, beautiful, lab-grown diamonds that are identical in composition to mined diamonds – and we mean exactly the same, down to the last atom – but free from ethical concerns: sustainable sparklers that’ll inspire gasps as you pass by.
When three become one
Clear Diamonds quickly became DiamondStatus, and soon our three brands – WatchStatus, ShadeStatus and DiamondStatus – were united under the one name Status Group.
And now, with the launch of our first bricks-and-mortar, come-in-and-say-hi store in Horsham, West Sussex, we’re making the next big leap forward – truly elevating our status, you could say.

Since our journey began in 2019, we have been working hard to pull together an extensive collection of watches from world-renowned brands. From Swiss-made excellence or chic designer styling, to accurate Quartz or self-winding mechanical mechanisms, we have it!

In a successful attempt to create an ethically cleaner and more sustainable future in the diamond industry, we launched our bespoke lab-grown diamond jewellery division, alongside opening our Hatton Garden workshop. We now have decades of experience in our jewellery makers to offer outstanding quality jewellery... If you can imagine it, we can create it, at the most competitive price you'll find anywhere!
All diamonds are grown sustainably in solar-powered labs and ones over 0.5ct are certified by the International Gemmology Institute (IGI). Whilst all precious metals are hallmarked by the London Assay Office.
In addition to our bespoke service, we are also very proud to be officially partnered with Swarovski & Disney, providing our customers with extensive collections of uniquely designed jewellery with our next day delivery guarantee!
